Telvent Farradyne staff regularly applies
quality assurance processes in how we manage projects and develop
software, providing assurance that cost and schedule will be managed
effectively. Our project managers are certified after completion
of a series of short courses on a variety of project management topics.
Our project management and system development processes have been
certified and re-certified as ISO 9001 compliant and we regularly
pass semi-annual independent audits.
We have also developed
software according to processes found to be in compliance with
Level 2 requirements of the Software Engineering Institute’s
Capability Maturity Model. Our demonstrated successful application
of quality processes greatly increases the probability that projects
will be delivered on-time and within budget.
